I have been looking for a low salt version of these noodles seems like forever and finally found them on Amazon. I’m “Hooked!” Let’s see if I can cover all the bases: They’re inexpensive, easy to prepare, easy to “doctor up,” they’re properly portioned, and require virtually no cleanup. I sometimes use chunky peanut butter as a thickener and add one or two handfuls of frozen mixed vegetables. I usually throw away the seasoning packet (too much sodium).

If you’re looking for a vegan ramen, look no further. This one is one of the most delicious pre-packaged soup mixes we’ve had. The fact that it is high in protein is an added bonus. All it takes to prepare is some hot water and a couple minutes of waiting.

I bought these to increase my protein intake. They were fairly inexpensive so I gave them a try! I was pleasantly suprised at the great flavor and the ramen noodle texture. The sodium content is less than other similar items and was not overly salty.
