I think the texture is similar to the noodles in Pho, but more firm. I got the Thom Kha and it was really enjoyable! Just spicy enough. I’ve been eating a lot of noodles lately, and this one doesn’t feel so heavy as others. A little on the pricy side so I save them for when I am almost over on my calorie count

I was not sure what I ordered other than the noodles were made with Konjac flour and were Diabetic friendly. I received 6 tubs of amazing flavored noodles. The tubs are the size of Ben & Jerry’s ice creams. I have tried the Red Curry (a warm, comforting aroma, with a small punch of spice at the back of your throat), and the Miso, (a very soft, easy on the salt but yet tasty broth). I cannot wait to go to the next taste. These are perfect for a warm and satisfying lunch, or dinner and well worth the value. As I explore low glycemic foods, I find surprises like these noodles to be the good coins in the hunt. Thank you.

I fall in love with this noodles at the first time I tried this. It is healthy and low in calories, it is no guilty products and delicious and the soup is taste excellent, I give 5 star rating and I will buy again.

These have a lot of flavor. I didn’t follow the cooking instructions on the container. I poured the ingredients in a pan and warmed it on the stovetop. Tasted a bit better.

I’ve been trying many kinds of shirataki since I first learned of it and find most of it works best when it hits a pan first to drive out extra moisture and sear to improve the texture and chew. The angel hair size of this works well without that step for this cup in a way a thicker shirataki likely would not. The flavor is more rounded than many cup soups so I don’t feel I HAVE to add anything, but I do enjoy it even more when I do.

This noodle cup has everything in it that you need to prepare and eat the meal except for the water. It includes a packet of the noodles and two additional packets that contain the sauce and the spices. It also comes with a very handy plastic utensil that unfolds to form a spork. It is easy to make a meal by simply putting all the ingredients in the cup and then filling to the marked line with boiling water. You could also use cold water and microwave to heat. When prepared, the dish is quite spicy, with a definite kimchi flavor. The Konjac noodles are chewy and do stick together a bit. I was surprised that this dish was so filling at just 25 calories. This is a great low calorie dish to take on the go.

It was so easy to prepare these, put the noodles, crunchies and sauce in the container, add hot boiling water or use the microwave. I have a water cooker so I just used hot water, let it sit for a few minutes.The taste of red curry is pretty strong which I really liked. It was strong enough that I didn’t add any other seasonings to make it spicier. The size of the cup is just right for a lunch meal or a snack, each cup is wrapped in plastic so easy to put in a bag to take with you.

Bold kimchi flavor. Heavy on the garlic, both in flavor and aroma. Plenty of broth to accommodate additions but great as-is.Easily prepared with boiling water. I like to give Konjac noodles a good rinse before hand but these barely had the Konjac earthy smell.The noodles themselves have the distinctive Konjac texture, slightly chewy, slightly crunchy.Each tub is individually wrapped and includes pouches of noodles, topping and seasoning, along with a plastic spoon.A fantastically flavorful noodle soup at only 25 calories per cup.Product of China.

These are great quality instant noodles but the flavor wasn’t my favorite. Easy to make and filling.

I cooked up some angel hair noodles and added a bit more to my cup. I love a nice bowl of hot flavorful noodles. When done I drain most of the liquids because, again, I like a cup of noodles and not all the broth with it.The flavor is good. We like kimchi so knew we’d enjoy this. Easy to make up.
